Gotland Island Games 2017

Following what was a very successful 1st day of competition , the shooters were at it again with no less than three more medals to their credit.

The Pistol pair Jonathan Patron and Daniel Payas made amends on what they felt was not a very good shoot yesterday to win the silver medal at the ISSF 10m Air Pistol with a 1116 total score just 1 point from the Isle of Wight team and a new national record in the process.

The second medal of the day was that on Natalie Piris who could not be any less than sister Stephanie and Father Wayne whom collected medals the previous day.  With a total score of 560 points Natalie brought home the bronze medal.

Duo Sasha Alexdottir and Bettina Manner did it again claiming their second team medal of the games in the 25m Sport Pistol a total combined score of was enough to win bronze.
